Earlier they had whatsapp support as well which is no longer available. Whatsapp support used to take hours to respond back. Now its been over 2 days i keep on getting the message,”Waiting for network to restore since 2 days”. They used to keep on sending payment requests again and again on my UPI when my subscription was about to expire along with daily calls but whenever i needed support, they took hours to respond without any resolution. ### 1/5 — Fraud Company *2024-12-12, version 3.0.39* Had purchased plan for 5 years. It stopped working after few months. I had to personally call them and make it work again. Happened a lot. Now not working from 2.5 years And when i ask now they tell me to take renewal plan inspite of my current plan still active till 2025 Jan. complete fraud and cheating. You have to force close the app and restart it multiple time to make it work. What is this for and what are you support email ? ### 1/5 — Worst GPS Don’t Ever Buy It *2023-12-09, version 3.0.37* Most of the time your app doesn’t work and if it works then can’t get the location of my vehicle… it shows error or network not found… And the roads are one side and the car location shows opposite to that road and sometimes it also goes into waterbodies, riviers etc I have taken 2devices from matchpointgps but both are use less i will not recommend you this product and the customer care is worst if you register an complaint then they won't contact you... If you need new device then they will keep on touch with you and say you that we are having offers and avail it as soon as possible because they may end soon... My GPS product was last active 2years and 2months back. Tried reaching the customer care multiple times through calls and WhatsApp, but failed. These frauds sent me a payment request on RazorPay last week and I’m wondering for what ? For the service they never gave or for the disappointment and agony they caused to me ? There isnt any way of contacting these guys as they dont reply. I tried calling them, posted ok twitter and also sent them few emails but didnt get any response from support team. My device is still dead and no use!! I have been told by message that you will get call regarding KYC update and technician will visit . But till now nothing happened .
