### 4/5 — Keep Your Team On Track

*2026-04-04, version 5.0*

This app is easy to use and helps you coordinate your team matches. Originally for tennis, but now used by many pickleball leagues across the USA! There is a direct message feature, but that costs more. In my opinion it should be included with the app.

### 2/5 — Minimal Functionality

*2025-12-30, version 4.6*

The import functionality for USTA does not work, you have to manually enter all player information and matches or wait for them to do it. You can’t edit players if the email address should changes, again you have to wait for them. They don’t actually reply on the help, it appears that about 24 hours later they actually perform the function but do not communicate that it is complete.
If the ap thinks you are sandbagging, it won’t let you enter your lineup, even if it’s approved by the league website.
The sms text seems to work to let the team m is what is going on, but there are no polls to send or other team events you can create.
Scores don’t sync, so you’ll need to manually enter those,
Needs a lot of work, would be great if there was something better.

### 4/5 — Works pretty well!

*2025-08-19, version 4.6*

Although some features of the app aren’t intuitive once Captain figures it out it works well. Will update once our season starts!

### 4/5 — It’s a win

*2025-07-04, version 4.6*

All of my players like it because they are able to see who’s coming to play. And that’s a good thing!

### 3/5 — Needs more

*2025-06-09, version 4.6*

I’m fairly new to this app. Best that I can tell, there’s no way to see roster info (except for match availability) nor opponent rosters. If I’m missing something, please let me know and I’ll update my review/rating.

### 4/5 — Confirmation process sticks on Decline with no option to confirm

*2025-04-01, version 4.3*

Otherwise, it’s very helpful, but not allowed to confirm is a real mess up

### 4/5 — Almost perfect

*2024-12-16, version 4.2*

It would be perfect if we were able to text our team without an additional charge.

### 5/5 — Love MatchTime

*2024-12-16, version 4.2*

I’ve been using MatchTime and the app for double digit years. The app is super convenient, particularly on match day when I need directions. The app has full functionality and is easy to use.

### 5/5 — USE IT !

*2024-11-26, version 4.2*

Make life easier…some are attempting to copy it. Use it. It makes life easier for sure!

### 4/5 — Excellent app when on many teams

*2024-09-05, version 4.2*

Love that all teams are in one place with all the details of matches, practices, roster, location, etc.

The one opportunity is to improve the addition to calendars from the app.

Many fits and starts and not as obvious as it could be.

I had to poke around using my Game Changer days intel to find the link, etc. very clunky process. Doable, but not streamlined or intuitive .

### 5/5 — So easy to use

*2024-06-05, version 4.2*

App is really easy to use. It allows you to set your availability so the team captain can plan a roster properly. It also keeps track of your teams ranking within the division. It is very handy.

### 5/5 — Customer Service

*2024-06-04, version 4.2*

That are very courteous and professional. They take the time to explain how to use the app and if you have a problem technical support is there to solve the problem

### 5/5 — Match

*2024-05-10, version 4.10*

Very easy to use and keeps me well informed on teams status

### 5/5 — MatchTime Essential!

*2024-04-10, version 4.08*

For easy breezy scheduling and communication with the team every captain should choose MatchTime to organize the team!! I enjoy being able to keep up with multiple teams using MatchTime!!! Thank you to the developers of this wonderful , easy to use, and convenient tennis organizer!!!!!

### 4/5 — Best tennis team management!

*2024-02-28, version 4.06*

There are a ton of “team management” apps out there, and I guess there are some sports they work fine for. But those apps are as useful for tennis team management as a basketball scoreboard is for keeping score of a mixed doubles match.

As a USTA rec player, I’ve suffered through many seasons of confusing communication about availability, lineups, and practice opportunities. As a USTA captain, I’m relieved I found MatchTime!

MatchTime does what I need. It syncs with USTA data, it stores contact info for the opposing teams, it lets me configure my lines and scoring, it exports to CSV and PDF, and it helps me communicate with my team.

As with any app, there are areas for improvement; but MatchTime is simply the best tool for tennis team management.

### 4/5 — Needs improvement

*2024-02-25, version 4.06*

I have been using MatchTime (previously TennisPoint) since 2018. For the most part, I love having the app for its ability to allow players to set availability and to view multiple teams from multiple leagues. However, I now am a captain and have been having a few problems with the app.

First, I am unable to load multiple accounts although I didn’t have this issue in the past with TP.

Secondly, the app has a problem with syncing new players that were added to the team (I.e. via USTA) after the original team and roster was imported. The player name will appear on the roster, but when trying to add the player to the lineup, I receive a message that the person is not registered.

### 5/5 — Best app

*2024-02-05, version 4.05*

Love this one stop convenience to keep all my teams and matches straight! Love it!!

### 5/5 — Timesaver

*2024-02-03, version 4.05*

Great timesaver. The AI tools are cool

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This app blows

*2026-01-06, version 5.0*

Captains, no one wants to use another stupid app to communicate about tennis. Frustrating and painful user experience

### 1/5 — Great in Theory

*2024-11-15, version 4.2*

It’s very buggy. I have multiple teams and if I click on my Thursday team schedule to change my availability, it pulls up my Saturday team.

### 1/5 — Dashboard doesn’t update.

*2023-09-30, version 4.0*

This app is like its predecessor very unreliable. For some players newly added practices on the dashboard are not visible. This makes the app pretty useless.

### 1/5 — C koepplinger

*2022-09-12, version 3.7*

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. I try to get logged in and it says my info is incorrect. I set up a new log in and it won’t allow me to log into that.

### 1/5 — Clunky at best

*2022-05-05, version 3.7*

App is not easy to use as a captain. When you email your team, it looks like the sales company Tennis Point is sending info so players ignore or it goes to spam. I am looking at alternative ways Of scheduling my team.

### 1/5 — Not enough info

*2022-02-14, version 3.7*

You can get enough information on this app. I

### 1/5 — Poor design

*2021-11-11, version 3.7*

My tennis league switched this year to this app and I find it difficult to use. Not sure why they cannot put the opponent you played on the results??? I was able to find it on one of the 2 teams I play on that use this app but not without a lot of effort (I had to select “edit scores”). Most of the people in this large league are not fans

### 1/5 — Matches/availability

*2021-10-28, version 3.7*

I am on two teams and showing on their rosters, however, my teams, match’s, and availability are not showing for the new season 2022.
E-mailed them with no response.
Called and left message with no response.

### 1/5 — Dislike

*2021-10-25, version 3.7*

Not easy to use…..not enough information available-rosters etc

### 1/5 — This app is terrible

*2021-09-08, version 3.7*

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Luv it…

*2026-02-21, version 5.0*

I love everything about this app. So user-friendly, you can look up directions on where to go for matches.
I wonder if you can add an option for the user to add their own schedule for any matches where the Captain doesn’t use this app.

### 5/5 — Best tennis-specific app!

*2026-02-15, version 5.0*

I have been using this platform for 2 full years now and I’ll never go back. Nothing else out there lets you manage tennis league matches with such specific detail - customized lines by league, player preferences, lineups, what players need to bring, and so much more. I also love the team practice feature, as I use it to set up courts for doubles play. I book a court, throw it into MatchTime as a “practice session”, and 4 people from the team can sign up to play together. It has simplified my team captain management significantly! My club has asked us to use another platform, but so many of us are hooked on MatchTime so we refuse. I recommend this to everyone!

### 5/5 — Date and Team

*2026-01-07, version 5.0*

I wish it would list the time, date and opponent team when on editing the lineup. I can’t remember what I did a second ago! 😅

### 5/5 — MatchTime

*2026-01-06, version 5.0*

Awesome App! Very easy to navigate.

### 5/5 — Don’t get me started

*2026-01-05, version 5.0*

I have used it for as long as I can remember. Every step of the way. When updates were getting loaded till now a survey. I’m so proud of you guys. The entire of staff makes life so much easy for league captains. Let’s not to mention all the players that are in 10 teams a season. Don’t get me started. I’m a teaching pro of the Summer Diamonds in Chicago. We will use your product as long as you’re in business. Keep up the good work and remember to always start with consumer SERVICE.

### 5/5 — Nice

*2025-12-07, version 4.6*

We use this for our league team. Works great for setting up availabilities.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2025-10-28, version 4.6*

MatchTime makes my life SO much easier & more organized. I love having all teams in one place. Thx!!

### 5/5 — No brainer

*2025-10-25, version 4.6*

What USTA Leagues fails to do. This app is the easiest app to use for all matches and imports to any ics calendar easily.

### 5/5 — Invaluable

*2025-05-05, version 4.5*

Killer app for USTA team scheduling

### 5/5 — Organization and Communication

*2024-12-18, version 4.2*

This app does an amazing job when it comes to teams organizing and communicating around matches!
