Pour apporter un peu plus de clarté : nous disposons de bureaux d’expédition à Manchester, Amsterdam, São Paulo et en Turquie. Si un envoi est expédié depuis l’un de ces bureaux situés en dehors de votre pays, nous ne facturons pas de TVA lors du paiement. En revanche, une fois le colis arrivé dans le pays de destination, les autorités douanières locales peuvent appliquer des droits de douane et des taxes d’importation. Malheureusement, ces coûts sont déterminés par les douanes locales, et non par MWS, de sorte que nous n’avons pas de contrôle dessus. Vous pouvez toujours voir depuis quel bureau un article sera expédié avant de placer votre enchère. Cette information est disponible sur la page du produit, dans la section « Expédition ». Il ont juste rajouter le badge est ces tout . Il faux faire très attention . Après avoir da s remonter l’info il m’ont bloquer mon compte sans même comprendre alors que la faute etait la leur . ### 1/5 — Credit Card double charges, and infinite delays. *2023-11-03* Paying through the app generates double charges for your credit card and customer support cannot solve them. The lack of immediate direct support should give you signals of not a very reliable org. But it’s not fair that sellers get to reset auction times after auctions have already started! Plus I have to pay a buyers 15% “premium” after having to deal with someone who moves goal posts. If your looking for a target price start the bidding there, don’t just change/reset the auctions if the bids aren’t high enough. But on a positive note, I really like the selection of jerseys and the bidding style, totally understand that a lot of work goes into receiving, Authenticating and shipping so I do have to commend them for the service they provide! **Developer response:** Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Regarding the extension of auction times: in most cases, this happens for logistical reasons. When items have not yet arrived at our office, we aren’t able to fully process them and upload all final photos to the website. We want bidders to be able to clearly see the condition of a shirt before an auction ends, so sometimes we need a bit more time to make sure everything is properly presented. That said, I completely understand that having auctions extended after they’ve started can feel frustrating and confusing. Your feedback on this is very valuable.
