Please fix ### 2/5 — Last update ruined the app *2025-08-21, version 4.8.1* Been unable to check my loan payments or history since last update. It also logs you out everytime you login with the new system for the loan payments section. Truck account is still the same but since last update I’m forced to pay with saved cards from my local tool truck guy vs inputting card details or accessing my own saved cards for payments. The loan payment section basically indicates I never made a payment or gives me reminders on owed amounts like it use to. Guess this app became useless and I’m better off just using a browser to check my balances ### 1/5 — Can’t see Marco loan account anymore *2025-08-18, version 4.8.1* Since the app updated recently, I’ve been unable to see the loan account and its current balance/payment history. The new loan system they set up on the website itself only shows me payment history since the update and doesn’t show account balance. This is obviously concerning if I cannot easily access that kind of information anymore as I used to anymore. It was the only reason I kept this app as the catalog is super buggy as it is, with pages not loading or this app basically just being a glorified browser since most of the items you click just open your browser instead of being an in-app view like you would expect. ### 1/5 — Can’t make a payment. *2025-08-09, version 4.8.1* Still can’t make a payment. ### 2/5 — Issues with app updates *2025-08-08* Since the app updated and added the financial services selection i cannot see any of my previous payments made to my psa account. Not being able to see my payment history accurately sort of defeats the purpose of using the app to access my psa account. One would think these types of additions to an app are field tested before going live. ### 1/5 — Weekly payment *2025-06-01, version 4.7.4* Every time I set up a weekly payment of $50, it sets up as $1. I’ve tried it 5 times. You have to re-enter all your information anytime you try to fix it. Also, if you could add pictures from each page of the flyer to the app so we can see the complete flyer digitally ### 1/5 — THIS APP NEEDS HELP!!! *2025-01-23, version 4.6.2* There’s definitely some bugs that need fixed in this app. I’ll get signed out at random when other times I’ll open the app and I’m already signed in. Also I was looking forward to being able to make additional payments to my PSA without having to wait for my sales rep to show up at my job but the app requires me to “verify” my account everytime I access the app. I’m very pleased with the way the Snap-On Connect app works, maybe Matco’s app developer will take notes and improved theirs. ### 2/5 — Can’t save items to catalog *2024-12-14, version 4.6.2* Love the app but I’m not given options to save/share any of the items when looking. As someone who likes to binge look and find tools of use by the second and come back to them at a later time for purchase, it’s frustrating not being able to quickly add items to wishlist and have easy access to specific things ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Good but not great *2026-04-23, version 4.8.7* It’s a great app for being able to see the deals but the app needs fixing, too slow and does not load properly. Needs major bug fixes, not even able to stay connected to my distributor and many more problems. Great company though and really enjoy seeing my distributor every week. Please fix the app for us all Matco. ### 1/5 — Worst app I have *2026-03-30, version 4.8.6* First it done at ever save my login info so every time I open the app I have to sign in, doesn’t save my PSA info so each time I have to enter that to make a payment and go to make a payment today and it says make sure that my device is connected to the internet. I’m literally looking to buy and find a distributor and the app asks me for that information? Literally every other retail app or website has the user enter info and then gets connected to a retail source but not these guys, somehow you’re just supposed to know who your retail source is. There’s zero information in this app on how to buy, waste of time. ### 1/5 — Financial services tab is useless *2026-01-09, version 4.8.4* Still cannot see my psa balance or pay off amount, payment history is also missing.
