I love the music and the look of the app, but more music choice and a choice of different boards and pieces would make this app much better. ### 4/5 — Nice puzzling *2022-10-08* Interesting positions, often not obvious. Is it just me? I don’t always know which way pawns are moving. Normally I expect White started at bottom and pawns moving up, but no. It’s rather embarrassing to have this happen in an otherwise quiet venue (e.g., library or hospital waiting room). ### 4/5 — Great drilling *2013-12-02* As a novice I found the drills very helpful, and paid the extra $3 or so for 162 more examples. The answer is g6xNf7 but when you do it the computer does random moves. Cannot go past level forty. Rest of the game has not been a problem. ### 4/5 — Great App W/Bug *2013-01-30* Excellent aid in sharpening the weak points in your chess skills, as well as, an excellent guide for beginners! However, (& this is the only negative) there is a bug in the 3rd set that causes an error when checkmate is executed, stating the move not a checkmate and moving multiple pieces that have no bearing what-so-ever on the checkmate. Even use of the 'Hint' declares exact execution, yet continues to state the move to be invalid. But it’s also great at conveying what all strong players have, a sense of the beauty of the game in tactical economy. Для начинающих, конечно :) красиво, удобно. Показывает возможные ходы для выбранной фигуры - тоже удобно, когда приходится думать :) Один минус - когда задача решена, сразу открывается новая, а хотелось бы делать это вручную, чтобы было время рассмотреть получившееся положение. Для начинающих это важно, кмк. Еще не понятно, зачем при ходе черных доска переворачивается.
