## What is Matepolis?

Math for Romania’s school curriculum, in Romanian: from preparatory class to grade 12, with lessons, exercises and guided tests for the Evaluarea Națională and the Bacalaureat (M1 and M2). The app is in Romanian, for students in Romania and Romanian families abroad. Free, no ads, no in-app purchases.

Pick your grade, solve on screen and see right away whether you got it right. When you get stuck, you get the next step, not the ready-made answer.

WHAT’S INSIDE
• 1,764 short lessons, one for each topic of the Romanian curriculum
• 10,505 exercises with instant checking
• almost 900 tests with grading scheme and step-by-step guidance
• 508 formulas with worked examples and a 690-term glossary
• download a grade once and it works offline

EVALUAREA NAȚIONALĂ (GRADE 8 EXAM)
221 practice tests and official papers with grading scheme and score, plus 12 tests for the grade 6 assessment. Work step by step or as in the exam, with a timer.

BACALAUREAT M1 AND M2
All 91 official Bac M1 papers (mathematics-computer science) and all 92 Bac M2 papers (natural sciences), 2010–2026, with grading scheme and guidance. In high school you choose the track, M1 or M2, each with its own lessons for grades 9–12.

MY CLASS AND FRIENDS
Join your teacher’s class with a 6-character code and your name; the teacher accepts you. In “Clasa mea” you see your classmates with their stars, trophies and level, see who is online and add them as friends. Grades and mistakes are never shown between classmates.

WEEKLY LEAGUE
Seven tiers, from Bronze to Legend. Points come from the week’s exercises; the top of each group moves up a tier and the leading places earn bonus XP. You can leave the league at any time.

FOR TEACHERS
Create a class, accept join requests and assign work: exercises you choose, Evaluarea Națională and Bacalaureat papers, a test or a lesson to read. See results per student, the grade, the time and the most common mistakes. Printable worksheets with grading scheme.

FOR PARENTS
The parents’ page shows time spent, progress and weak topics, with a printable report. Up to 4 child profiles on one device.

ACCOUNT AND DATA
Sign in with Google or Apple on first launch. Progress sync and email reports are separate options.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.11.0 — 2026-10-01

My class (“Clasa mea”): join with your teacher’s code and your name, and the teacher accepts you. See your classmates’ stars, trophies and level, who is online, and add them as friends.
The weekly league now has 7 tiers, Bronze to Legend: the top of each group moves up and the leading places earn bonus XP. Rankings: your group, overall and friends.
Friends: see who is online and, if they turn on „Arată-le și progresul”, their stars, trophies and streak.
For teachers: join requests, work you choose (exercises, Evaluarea Națională and Bac papers, a test or a lesson to read), results per student and the most common mistakes.
Bac M2 (natural sciences): 92 official papers 2010–2026, step by step or as in the exam.
√, π and exponent keys under the answer box. The app tells you when an update is out.
Fixed: choosing the M1/M2 track in high school and “Check” in the Guardians’ Hall.

### 1.10.0 — 2026-09-28

Natural sciences (M2) track for high school: 360 dedicated lessons for grades 9–12 on the M2 baccalaureate syllabus, with guided tests, flashcards and the Radar on M2 topics. Pick the track from the grade selector; grade 10 revisits the right grade-9 lessons. Search now finds M2 lessons too, and the "Baccalaureate M2" screen gathers the exam preparation. Formulas read better on small screens and the grade-10 figures were redrawn.

### 1.9.2 — 2026-09-22

Smoother navigation and sync without redirecting you away. After sign-in, choose a grade, follow the short tutorial and use the five-part Radar. “Nivelul tău”, recommendations and the compact guide help you continue after activity.

### 1.9.1 — 2026-09-16

New: "Nivelul tău" (exercises chosen at the child's level), the weekly league, optional reminders and easier error reporting.

### 1.9.0 — 2026-09-07

ZIUA ARE TREI PAȘI
