The app is amazing. Unfortunately the service is not quite so good... when my eldest daughter reached a suitable age all of the unlocked levels became locked again. I have emailed customer service twice, but haven’t received any response. However, when she answers incorrectly the app produces an extremely obnoxious noise, leading my daughter to be afraid to answer. This is not an issue with other apps that have a more positive effect even when getting the question wrong. Please change noise! I no longer recommend this app. The content is great, but each level, which has maybe 8 lessons now costs $12. Seriously? There are different levels and keeps them entertained. Why does it need to be connected to the internet? All of the content is downloaded on to the device. She knew how to count to 10 but didn’t fully recognise numbers. She has now just completed the app and has the ability to add and take away. It’s a great educational entertainer when you need to occupy them while waiting or keep him quite when out at a restaurant.
