### 3/5 — Not bad

*2023-07-15, version 3.7*

It’s good teaching kids but the first lesson my child can’t complete it

### 3/5 — Annoying

*2023-05-14, version 3.7*

When I come out of the game accidentally it starts again please fix it other than that is great

### 4/5 — Not working

*2023-05-08, version 3.7*

A brilliant app however the symmetry section stops working as it doesn’t allow you to draw the line and therefore can’t continue with the game. Very disappointing for my 4 year old.

### 2/5 — Be reasonable

*2021-05-27, version 3.7*

My 5 year old daughter started the free intro level and really enjoyed it. I think the explanations and topics are great. I was happily about to buy the higher levels but - £40?! Are you mad? And then the temerity to say you’re not for profit / Malawi blah blah. Just price it reasonably and you could help lots more kids in the UK and never mind the charity posturing. Im convinced you’d also sell MUCH more and have a more successful business. £10 and I’m in - please change it.

### 2/5 — Bug

*2021-03-07, version 3.7*

We keep getting thrown out of the app on the first section of topic 1. Such a shame, as we found the 3-5 app very useful.

### 2/5 — Pricey

*2021-02-26, version 3.7*

The cost of this is ridiculous. As much as I think it would be beneficial, I can’t justify the cost. There are other similar apps out there for a fraction of the price.

### 2/5 — Expensive

*2020-08-23, version 3.7*

When I purchased the locked level it would not unlock
And I had to pay a lot of money for nothing :/

### 3/5 — Too expensive

*2020-07-05, version 3.7*

I bought the 3-5 yr app many years ago when I worked as a nanny, it didn’t cost much (or I wouldn’t have bought it!) my daughter has loved it, so wanted to get the 4-6yr maths as it’s all the things she is doing at school and now we are in lockdown, I thought it would be a real help as she doesn’t have much screen time but I wanted her to have something education when she did but £40!!! That’s far too expensive, who can afford that price.
£10-£15 and you would have a lot of purchasers but you’ve priced yourself out of the market.

### 5/5 — Amazing,

*2020-06-19, version 3.7*

I am a teacher and as a parent this app teaches children so many things that are the foundations of maths! I purchased 3-5 and 4-6 with no regrets

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2020-05-27, version 3.7*

This is the best maths app I have found for my 4 year old daughter. It is set out very simply with lovely bright, straightforward illustrations and a really nice voiceover. She’s learnt and practised some really tricky concepts using this app and she seems to really enjoy it. Accessible and really effective. The only thing I’d like to see added is the ability to go back to your place in a section without starting at the beginning. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Best maths

*2020-05-15, version 3.7*

I hope they develop more applications. It’s creative and visually to learn. All of my kids love it. It’s quite pricey but I would pay again if they have new learning apps for spelling or maths in older group.

### 5/5 — Cool

*2020-03-31, version 3.7*

I used it a lot when i was younger it was awesome

### 2/5 — It should have one of these: 6-12

*2020-03-25, version 3.7*

I think that one billion should make an app for 6-12 TOO NOT JUST for 4-6

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2020-03-19, version 3.7*

My 5yo loves this, so easy to use and engaging

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Upset

*2023-03-22, version 3.7*

It crash upon work🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

### 1/5 — Paid for full version but only getting the demo version features

*2022-01-07, version 3.7*

Nothing more to say. Paid £40. Please fix ASAP and I will update review

### 1/5 — Very creepy and cheaply made

*2021-10-18, version 3.7*

The voice on this needs work because the way the teacher asks you to write your name at the beginning is very creepy especially for younger children. There really isn’t much to do on the app especially if you play the free version. My mum won’t let me buy the game so until more free content is added, this game is pretty much useless. Also, the characters are very cheap because they are practically stick men with hair and clothes. Try to improve this and maybe, just maybe, this might actually be useful for kids.

### 1/5 — App keeps shutting down

*2021-02-23, version 3.7*

The app keeps shutting down after a few mins. Very frustrating.

### 1/5 — Potential to be great, but let down by overpricing

*2020-12-20, version 3.7*

This app has the potential to be so good. The structure, teaching, and elocution of this app is superb. But to charge £38.99 for such a BASIC app that is only suitable for 4-6 yr olds is preposterous.

### 1/5 — No counting unless you pay £12

*2020-04-21, version 3.7*

Like most apps requires you to pay a fortune to be of any use for children with disabilities

### 1/5 — Crashes in Airplane mode

*2020-01-28, version 3.7*

The app is excellent in terms of content. Loads of sounds: a friendly female voice guiding each step. Levels are interesting and entertaining. Unfortunately it’s very expensive and it crashes in Airplane mode! Absolutely unusable without the Internet. I’ve reported that with its developers but they offered no fix nor a timeline for the fix.

### 1/5 — Good but Buggy

*2019-12-15, version 3.7*

The symmetrical smiley face is beyond frustrating. It’s impossible to draw the line of symmetry and to move past it. Not good for teaching children about these basic rules when this one is not working! It’s been like this for months, at least...

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2019-04-13, version 3.7*

Crashes every time in lesson 1, meaning you need to start again and has not saved progress

### 1/5 — Liked by my son

*2018-11-26, version 3.7*

My son enjoyed the first few levels so I was all ready to buy more. I didn’t though and that’s simply because it is just so expensive. The first levels were done in maybe 20 minutes so to pay £14.99 for another 5 or £38 for all the levels is just too much. The developer must realise that a more realistic cost would bring in more sales and more profit but at the price they are asking it’s just greed. Sad as it’s quite good from what I’ve seen of it.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 4-6 years app is amazing

*2024-01-07, version 3.7*

I am okay with paying for it as the concept it teaches is worth paying for. Would love to have the app for next levels

### 5/5 — Improves independent learning. Quality app!

*2023-01-23, version 3.7*

I have so many good things to say about this app. Really helps set up children for further maths as they get older.

I love how my children can press the speaker icon to have her repeat the instruction in case they get confused.

The certificates are encouraging and are dated which helps keep track of progress.

This is a truly useful and quality app and a rare find.

My child was 4 when he started using and now he is a lost 8 using different curriculums now but my younger children are going through this app and so was a worthy investment!
It can be used on multiple devices with around 6 different slots for kids to use.

I would love an English app like this. We did also enjoy the tales of Beatrix potter app.

Many thanks for all the hard work in making this.

### 5/5 — AMAZING!!

*2022-12-03, version 3.7*

AMAZING!!!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2022-01-08, version 3.7*

It’s really great app. Excellent way of explaining maths to kids. Absolutely worth the money.

### 5/5 — Brilliant App

*2021-11-10, version 3.7*

Really good app for giving children a good grounding many aspects of maths, the games are fun and interactive. Both of our children are working through the levels. I wish there were more levels to keep developing them. When kids ask for maths before bed as a treat you can’t complain.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2021-01-25, version 3.7*

My son (age 5) has just completed this app. I love that it took him through new material in such a broken down way that it never frustrated him. Most of the time he didn’t realise he was learning! When we home educate and he asks to do more maths it’s clearly doing something right! I wish there was one for the next age up!

### 5/5 — Great maths app!

*2020-12-12, version 3.7*

This app isn’t cheap but my 6 yr old son has spent many hours on it, so cost per hour is well worth it. He has loved it, and it has really helped his maths. It’s intuitive and easy for kids to do by themselves, and the certificates at the end of each level are a great incentive for them. The developers obviously understand how kids learn. All in all, a really good learning tool to complement school learning.

### 5/5 — Self paced math goodness

*2020-08-10, version 3.7*

My 4 and 6 yr olds are teaching themselves math on separate devices, with really clear instructions and testing that doesn’t intimidate

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2020-07-02, version 3.7*

Great app

### 5/5 — Highly recommend this app but very pricey!

*2020-06-29, version 3.7*

Please make some more apps like this maybe add more subjects like Science, English. And please lower the price as it’s too pricey. Thank you.
