Math Crossword Puzzle is a challenging math puzzle where you have to solve a crossword by making sure that all additions and subtractions are valid. There are two types of puzzles that can be used; the 5x5 puzzle and the 7x7 puzzle. These puzzles can be played in different ways; you can choose the numbers that are used in the puzzle (1-10, 1-25 or 1-50) and the complexity (easy or hard). In the easy level only the numbers after the = sign have to be filled in. This level is well suited for children. In the hard level numbers are taken out randomly. It's a real challenge to solve these puzzles. In the free version you can play 10 puzzles (for every number and complexity). For example, I checked and saw that while 3+4=7, and 4+3=7 the app only will accept one of these solutions! If you don’t get the one it wants the first try, it seems to be smart enough to recognize that switching the 3 and 4 doesn’t change the solution and so leads to a condition where it becomes impossible to finish the puzzle! I tested at the highest available level (that should be appropriate for my (13 year old) and found that some puzzles had up to 8 correct solutions but again, only one opportunity to get the one solution the app expects. ### 4/5 — Great Game but... *2022-08-28, version 2.1* This game is nice but it never changes the pattern Sorry for a short Review ### 1/5 — Horrible Game *2021-03-08, version 2.1* The correct answer tiles are laid out in a pattern. If you find the pattern you don’t actually have to do the math, you can just place the tiles. The pattern never changes.
