### 4/5 — Amazing! But confusing.

*2024-01-01*

I was playing lesson 1 and I was on 3rd question it was x x 5 = 9
I said it was 2 i did the check they said it was wrong it said x is not 2? I did auto check they said two was right so i confused can someone help? Also on lesson 2 the same thing happened!

**Developer response:** Hello. Please enter the value for x using the number wheel. We tested it here, and it is working fine. You can access the number wheel by clicking on the question mark next to x =?. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Amazing app for visual learners

*2021-01-21*

I haven’t rated an app in many years but this app is well worth my time. I haven’t taken Algebra since college MANY years ago. While looking for a app for my homeschooler, I ended up playing this myself, for fun! This method makes thing make so much more sense for someone who is a visual learner! Wow! Great job!

### 4/5 — Mistake!

### 5/5 — Simply Amazing

*2020-06-05*

I’ve used multiple products from Borenson and Associates, Inc. and they are all incredible. This app is a great free introductory program. Students can practice algebraic equations at the concrete level. The program is very intuitive. It works well for typically developing students and students living with disabilities. Download it! Then buy the other apps!

### 5/5 — Grrat app

### 5/5 — Amazed

*2020-04-03*

All I’m going to say is WOW! Okay, I’ll say a little more. This app makes learning algebra so easy and fun. I’ve always struggled with math except for the time many years ago when my brother tutored me. He made it so easy and fun that my grades went up two grades in one semester. Now here I am many years later struggling again because I forgot so much. My amazing brother passed away. I took algebra 2 in college about 3 times and failed each time. All different math professors...so I figured I would never grasp it again. Something told me to search for an Algebra app and to my surprise I found this awesome app. I’m now addicted to it. I feel confident in retaking this class. I have all my other credits, so once I successfully complete this class I will have earned my degree. Thank you for creating a masterpiece app. If you struggle with algebra...this app is for you.

### 5/5 — AMAZING, EAZY CONCEPTS

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2025-11-29*

So that app was cool starting off then still at the beginning of lessons one I had a 3lb and 10lb on one side and a 6lb and pawn on the other so knowing 10 and 3 is 13 that mean to make the other side with the 6 into 13 is to add 7 but I was wrong so I screenshot and uploaded on google and google came up with 7 so sadly I can’t move on because of that

**Developer response:** Thanks for submitting a review. We suggest you try again. Besides getting the correct value of x, in this case is 7, the app requires you to enter the value of the check, namely 13 = 13. We tested this at our end and the app is working as it should. If you still have that screenshot, we would love to see it. In any case, the app does not prevent you from moving on with that or other lessons on this account. We encourage you to try again and reach out to us if you encounter a problem.

### 1/5 — IT TOO EZ BRUH

*2025-03-29, version 4.0.1*

Not only is it too easy, but some of the problems don’t output the correct answers. It’s retarted

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-01-14, version 4.0.1*

App has no sound with the videos. I just downloaded it so it doesn’t need updating. I have an iPhone 11 Pro.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2023-06-18, version 4.0.1*

I downloaded this app and when I tried using it, there was no sound but the instructor was speaking. My volume was up, the sound was not muted in the app, so I couldn’t use the app. I’m deleting this app and just going to his website instead.

### 1/5 — No sound for video lessons

### 1/5 — Very fun

*2012-11-26, version 1.4*

If only education was this fun in common schools .
This is a very important step in the evolution of education .
As a customer , i would like these apps to never end .
Best app ever . Forget about all your non sense game on the apple store .

### 2/5 — Too easy

*2025-02-25*

I’m on my second semester of algebra and was really struggling, I tried to use this app but it was so easy and it had stuff I had already learnt and it was so repetitive. I don’t have the patience to do stuff I already know and every time I tried to go to the next lesson it wouldn’t let me do it. The questions were so easy and it makes me do check steps for everything which is super annoying. It would be better if I could skip lessons and go to the one I really needed help with. That option would help because it could prepare me for my tests and it would refresh the concept and this app overall would be so much better and you could also add an option to write an explanation every time the problem gets wrong three times. These are some helpful tips for you I would actually like this app if these options were there.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Hands on equations

*2024-12-15*

I love this app because even though I already know how to do this algebra it is always a new surprise. I’m 11 and I love math so if your kid loves math and is good at all of their other math that they do and wants a new challenge I very much recommend this app. In my opinion good for ages 8-15 but anywhere close in there. It is fun! When I get to 7th grade I want to be in advanced classes so I want to make sure I am ahead of the game. This is a great app to make sure this happens! GO HANDS ON EQUATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it is FREE so that is also always a plus.

### 5/5 — Algebra

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2022-10-27, version 3.0.0*

Five out of five made learning algebra so fun my kids loved it

### 5/5 — Awesome concept, but hands on set is better than the app

*2021-09-25*

We are a homeschooling family and this is really a great program. It always makes more sense to have someone who knows what they’re doing explain it. But without a teacher or patient helper around, the app works. We ended up just using the original program instead of the app because it felt more comfortable.
