## What is Math Hero?

Math Hero turns daily mental math practice into a motivating experience
for elementary school kids – no multiple choice, just real calculating,
visible progress, and a colorful, kid-friendly design.

Why Math Hero?:
• Real mental math, not guessing: answers are entered on a number pad –
  there's nothing to pick from a list.
• 18 practice sets aligned with the grade 1–4 curriculum, from addition
  and subtraction up to 20 through the times tables to division with
  remainder and mixed operations.
• Visible progress instead of sticker charts: personal best times,
  animated gold/silver/bronze trophies for new records, and a progress
  chart tracking time and mistakes across every session.
• A learning log with the full practice history, grouped by date.
• Multiple profiles on one device – perfect for siblings.
• Fair on every question: only one mistake counts per problem, however
  many tries it takes to get there.
• Sound effects for right/wrong answers and new records, with a mute

Choose a profile → choose a grade → choose a training → solve 20 problems

For grades 1 to 4, aligned with the curriculum:
Grade 1: Addition & subtraction up to 10 and up to 20 (with and without
carrying)
Grade 2: Addition & subtraction up to 100, small times tables (2/5/10),
division
Grade 3: Full times tables, full division, addition/subtraction up to
1000, semi-written calculation
Grade 4: Large times tables, division with remainder, mental math with
large numbers, mixed basic operations

Privacy and fairness:
Math Hero works completely offline, with no login and no account. All
results stay on the device only. The app is free to use and ad-supported;
ads are classified as child-directed and are not personalized. Anyone
who'd rather not see ads can remove them permanently with a one-time
purchase – no subscription.
