I purchased pro version but hidden symbols still do not appear and no response from vendor and no fix.

I purchased pro and cannot add the hidden categories to the keyboard. Only the initial three are available. I have not been able to try the part of the app that it is most useful for due to this. I have “Full Access” enabled.
