It feels misleading and like a waste of time. If the app requires a subscription right from the start, just be upfront about it. He’s no where near the options for the “answers”. It’s annoying. Why can’t he touch the screen without it marking it as wrong? Can’t even touch to count the blocks. Two years later and still the same issues. I complained about being unable to replay the games, Brooke Davis reached out after a while and I took a screenshot almost immediately she sent an email to reply saying that it can’t be played again and until now nothing has been done and she never replied that email even though I have a proof. This is a total waste of money. It just close the app. I can see that more people were complaining about the issue but no action taken by your team since. Can this be fixed or how can apply for the refund for my annual membership. This does not happen for the other age groups, and 6-7 is too hard for him.
