Slightly disappointed. Music is awful, can't turn off sound in setting, at least in the free vs. and cannot set the numbers you wish your child to learn.

My kid LIKES playing a math game! There are three in app purchases; one is to eliminate the timer, called "baby mode". Another gets rid of the ads. There is still yet another and I forget what it does. They are all over priced, but my 5YO likes playing a MATH game when she has angry birds, cut the rope, sprinkle, Granny Smith, and others to choose from. But today was her second day w/ it so I expect her interest to fade.

Took my 7 year old two times playing to figure out the "lower" # every time trick.  This app now has no point to learning facts.  Disappointed that programmers didn't think kids were "smart" enough to figure that out. :) fix that and we'll have a teaching app. :)

Great concept, but there are two major problems.  First of all, as other reviewers mentioned, there is not nearly enough time for young children who are learning and practicing.  Second, the answer is always the lower of the two choices.  I was watching my kindergartener play, thinking he was a math whiz because he was getting multiplication and division problems right.  He told me that the answer is always the lowest number.  So while this game might be useful for greater than/less than practice, there is no educational value in terms of math facts.

This is a great app to reinforce math basics in a fun way.  Only downsize is the short amount of time given to compute and select an answer.  This rapid timing seems to be a turn off to those whose mental math skills are skill developing.  Thus a bit longer to select an answer before time runs out would make it 5 star and worth purchasing.
