I had to buy a question again for .99 and it still won’t let me on. Very disappointed. If I can’t get in I have wasted a lot of money. I did this 7 times and finally uninstalled the app. After seeing the remarks about things being charged, I removed Apple Pay and locked my card. It says all the glitches are fixed, I am going to say the glitches are not fixed and even at this point may say this app needs removed because it may not be legitimate and could be gathering info or using for malicious intent. Today I used it and I bought the $49.99 amount of questions and then I took a picture of my question and it gave me an error that said “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the right format”. I use the camera to take a picture of the math problems, like I always do, I have no idea what is going on. So I deleted the app and downloaded it again, it won’t let you log in, you have to create a whole new login and I had 31 questions I still could ask, what is going on!!
