### 3/5 — This is a neat at

*2016-08-03*

This app should have Plus, or minus, or divided by, or times read by VoiceOver. This is a good app though.

### 4/5 — really good

*2014-12-20*

really good for mental math tricks and practicing

### 3/5 — God explanations, pot colour choice

*2014-04-21*

The explanations were easy to follow but they were visually difficult to see (light grey font on grid paper). Also the font was too small and crowded.

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

My kids enjoy the short cuts. My first grader was going percents. My oldest who struggles with math was getting this fast and found it fun!

*2013-05-20, version 4.2*

This app is wonderful.
They should create additional apps for more advance stages as well as additional subjects and exams.

### 5/5 — Exceptional

*2013-05-12*

I am a duffer when it comes to maths. I was linked to this from the excellent touch algebra. It is every bit as good and it is really bringing me on giving me a really good understanding of how to use numbers. If you struggle as I did this is the one for you. Easy and simple to understand lessons and an excellent practice function.

### 5/5 — Nice!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not workong

*2016-03-03*

Current update is not working on my iphone 4S, crashes as soon as i load it.

### 1/5 — I want my money back

*2013-04-19, version 4.2*

This was terrible! The "mental" calculations required 9 steps!?! It's faster just to do the problem the way it's taught in class. Waste of money, in my opinion.
Grr...

### 1/5 — Bugs

*2013-03-26, version 4.2*

After updates the steps in the lessons have disappeared. Please fix.

### 1/5 — Doesn't work good! Don't buy

*2013-03-06*

Just bought the app and nothing worked in the right way. Don't pay any money for this app!

### 1/5 — Review

*2013-03-02, version 4.2*

If didn't help me at all !

### 1/5 — Was looking forward to this BUT...

*2013-02-03*

Did not work for me- the lessons did not load up for me and if they did they were incomplete...AVOID this until they release a de-bugged version. (I have 4.2)

### 1/5 — Teaching with misinformation!!!

*2012-04-13, version 4.0.1*

This is NOT a learning tool. The answers are wrong!!! The simplest calculations (10% & 1%) don't have the correct answers in the choices!!! Didn't even bother to try anything else. If they can't get that right no telling what they did with the really tough stuff.

### 2/5 — Not helpful

*2015-05-03, version 5.0.1*

I want to learn algebra, not shortcuts, not helpful

### 2/5 — Lame

*2012-12-27, version 4.2*

This app is lame. I was looking for an algebra tutor app. This is definitely not that. It's a collection of about 10 "tricks" that may come in handy, but if you are looking for something robust or comprehensive - keep looking.

### 2/5 — Ok

*2012-07-27, version 4.0.3*

Not very help full

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Improves Your Speed

*2015-09-27*

I am studying for the GMAT and I really needed to improve my math speed. This app gives you great tricks that make your calcs faster than you would have imagined.

When I began, calculating percentages in my head was nearly impossible, but in about an hour I was calculating nearly 20 a minute.

I was never taught the method they use to solve basic quadratics, which makes them incredibly easy.

I strongly recommend this app as prep for any time sensitive standardized testing.

### 5/5 — Use that noggin!

*2015-05-25, version 5.0.1*

Pretty good app if you're someone that is seeking to improve your abilities and talents, not for lazy people who even find it lazy to think.

### 5/5 — Great

*2015-04-24*

It would be nice to see an explanation of why these tricks work
