### 3/5 — 改善してほしいとこ！！

このアプリ使いやすくてめちゃくちゃいいと思うんだけどレベルの上がった問題とかだと、「立方体の頂点をABCDEFGHとしたら平面ACF、ACH、BDE、BDGを切断して」という問題があるんだけどこのアプリこれ切断しきれないみたいで困ってる。複数切断出来るようにしてほしい。

ゴミって書いたレビュアーです。今朝通知が来たので見に来ました。アプリを入れて再確認しましたが、カットする際や一時的に別のアプリを開いた際にフリーズしたり、初期状態に戻ったりしていました。当時は2、3過程以上作業してもよく落ちていた記憶があります。
ゴミと書いた事に関しては何の言い訳もございません。多分金に余裕が無い中、学校の課題のために購入したら全くアプリが使用できずイライラして記入したのだと思います。開示請求等されるのかもしれないですが、こちらとしては現状謝罪する以外に出来ることがございません。ほんとにすみませんでした。

確かにアプリをバックグラウンドにした時の処理については、現状十分とはいえません。
またiOSのバージョンアップにもタイムリーにキャッチアップできてはいません。
頂いたコメントを元に改善を検討しますが、費用や時間の都合上タイムリーにアップデートすることは難しいのが現状です。
また謝罪があったため、これ以上問題を大きくすることはありません。

この値段で落ちるのは本当にダメ
すぐ直せるはずなのにダラダラ落ちるアプリを配信してるなんて信じられない。学校で子どもに教えるために買ったけど本当にお金返してほしい

立方体をカットしたのちにセーブで保存すると、再編集しようとした際にカットポイントや辺の延長等ほとんどの操作を受けつけなくなりました。
シーンで保存した際も同様のことが起こりました。

大丈夫なパターンもありますが、多くの場合セーブ後は正常に動きません。

このままでは使い勝手が悪すぎるので保存関係の部分は早急に直していただきたいです。

また、カットポイントは0.5刻みで移動できるように設定されていますが、その仕様のせいか角・頂点を選択しずらい、できないことがあるため改善をお願いします。

直感的に操作できるところや、細かい計算部分は使い勝手が良いと思います。
リリースから大分時間が経っていますが、改善を望みます。

表示されたホームページの白背景パートの一番下に、
コンタクトフォームというのがあります。

こちらの環境（iPhone12 Pro Max, iOS14.3）では再現できなかったため、
メールベースでサポートさせて頂きたく、ご協力をお願いします。

すぐ落ちます。あと操作を一つ前に戻すような戻るボタンがないので、一度間違えたら一番最初からに戻るのがイライラします。あと水平面という箇所をタップしたら強制的に落ちます。そしてガイドのスピードも遅いし途中で動かなくなります。1000円も払う価値有りません。

チュートリアルのバグは2/25にリリースした2.0.2で修正しております。
もし可能ならホームページのバグ報告フォームから、落ちた状況を報告して頂けると直ちにこちらに情報が届くので助かります。 バグの修正は、まずその事象を再現することから始まるので、できるだけ詳しく状況を教えてもらえると嬉しいです。 例えば、「四角錐を（頂点O,A,Cで）切断しようとしたら落ちた」、のような感じで十分です。

どうか余裕ありましたらよろしくおねがいします
ほかのどのアプリ(といいましても断面を表示できるアプリはすくないですが)にも球体がないのです

**Developer response:** 高評価ありがとうございました！現状ちょっとこちらの改修に割く余力がないのですが、何らか検討してみたいと思います。
（ただ、できたとしても１回の切断計算にかなり時間がかかってしまう可能性が高いです。まして体積計算は、さらに膨大な時間がかかり計算した値の正確さも悪くなると思います。）
