It can be for 5 or 10 year olds the only thing is multiplication in times 100 is pretty easy they should make it in medium. ### 3/5 — There's a glitch that my pupils have discovered. *2014-04-07* They go onto 'modify rocket' and save the rocket with modifications on. Then take all their modifications off to receive money for them and press exit. Then go back onto modify, all the money is still in the account and they still have the rocket with the previous (saved) modifications on. This process can be repeated for unlimited funds. 4/5 star if this glitch is fixed. ### 2/5 — FAIL - from a teacher *2014-03-19, version 2.2* Bought this as a item students to use on their iPads. This app FAILS. You can't choose sets of numbers to work on. You have to know the entire set to play the game. They should have made add,subtract, multiply and divide where you could choose numbers 1-12 you could work on. An amazing amount of time spent watching incredibly repetitive graphics. It would be appropriate to use at home. However, it is inconsistent and does not always work. The rocket that is supposed to launch sometimes fails to do so. In addition, it focuses mainly on factual information as opposed to mathematical skills. Young students might simply click on as many stars as possible as opposed to clicking on the right stars since there is no consequence for wrong answers. This way, they are not learning, they are just playing. I would not recommend it for teachers for classroom use. I would not recommend it otherwise because it is spotty and doesn’t always work. ### 1/5 — Also having issues *2018-07-10* I see the awesome potential in this, and reading the reviews from many years ago it looks awesome. But what happened? Did they stop supporting it? There are no math problems when you launch the rocket, it just goes up and then crashes. ??!! After stumbling through endless setup screens and getting increasingly exasperated, we just stopped and went to 'math bingo'.
