very good app, a lot of options for training inspiration/revision. very in depth nutritional information! if you’re interested in a bjj app or even just for exercising this is one i would definitely recommend !!

Really elevates the interaction for booking system, notifications, and keeping up to date with the Academy activity and socials. The technique breakdown and video section is fantastic and delivered well.
