I've used Creative Creek apps for years. Just wish I could change the colors so the calc more closely resembles the HP-11 or 12. I don't like the olive green keys! ### 5/5 — 5 stars! If you are an old HP-12C user, you will love this app. You could buy a free version, but why? The MathU implementation of the HP 12C is excellent and of course much faster than the original. If you do financial calculations, I can warmly recommend that you buy either MathU 12C or MathU RPN. I have for years used and programmed MathU's RPN Pro for my PocketPC (and before that on a Palm): expensive but well worth the money. This said, please add more features to this calculator and make it better than HP's 12C. ### 5/5 — Mathu12C *2010-08-26* Have been using a conventional 12C for decades only complaint has been speed. This IPhone/Ipod app is great. Very quick and functions exactly like the 12C so if you are an experienced 12C user there is no learning curve. They have always been robust, accurate and well supported. So far the same is true for MathU 12c. Bei den Funktionsbeschreibungen funktioniert der "Rücksprung" zur nächst höheren Hierarchieebene noch nicht. Somit landet man schnell in einer Sackgasse. Die Auflösung auf dem IPad könnte noch besser sein - und eine Zusatzoption mit tabellarischer Darstellung aller Speicherinhalte auf einer Extraseite wäre hilfreich. ### 3/5 — RPN PROGRAMMABLE *2010-08-14, version 0* Not bad for the prize it has! Nonetheless the creators could take a look at lots of good ideas Excalibur RPN Calculator had (no longer accessible, AFAIK). At a first sight, Selecting a program (when there are more than one) should be improved next release. Thanks!!! ### 5/5 — MathU 12D -Brilliant *2017-07-12* I have loved the HP RPN calculators, and bought an 11C when I graduated in 1983. However it didn't do date calcs. This version does. The calculator is great on an iPhone 4 and even better on iPhone 6. ### 5/5 — Better than the real thing! *2016-09-18* I have used the 12c since it was first sold by HP. I used its predecessor model, too. I use HP's virtual version on my laptop. This app is a seamless improvement on a classic design. Take this from a retired financier, this is the best financial calculator app! Tried the free calcs; defects galore. This has landscape view, key separation for my fat fingers, fast response. Having owned an HP-12C, I found myself instinctively moving over the key set.
