Je n’arrive plus à accéder à l’application. Je suis trop triste

L’appli bug depuis plus d’un an sur mon téléphone que je sois en 4g ou en wifi ça m’ouvre pas l’appli même en l’ayant installer désinstaller plusieurs fois, ça me met « Check your internet » alors que j’ai du réseaux je ne comprend pas.
