The driver came 10 before the time expected and when I told him to wait as I’m on my way from work he left and ghosted my calls. No one was answering my emails. Don't recommend *2024-04-15, version 5.3.8* Bad service, I booked one time visit before Eid Alfeter april 8 2024 and they cancelled it becuase the cleaner couldn't come, they didn't give me refund and I couldn't get another cleaning visit and my money was lost! I tried to contat them multiple time and they replay in the whats app and disappeared! Service say they will reply in 48 hours, to check and investigate. As if I am lying. Already 24 hours have passed not a single person called. They just took her without informing me or anything and replaced her with random maids that i don't want. Zero loyalty to their customers that have spent alot of money on their company. However I just received credit on the app to use for another booking which I don’t want. I have been trying to contact customer services for 2 days and am yet to receive a satisfactory response.
