## What is Matilda Surgery?

Endometriosis surgery and hysterectomy are hard. Not knowing what to expect or how to recover makes it even harder.

Matilda was created so that no one faces gynaecological surgery without a plan, a team, and a community in their corner.

Co-founded by two physiotherapists and backed by Australia and New Zealand’s leading gynaecologists, Matilda gives you a structured, expert-guided program, from the weeks before your surgery, and for many more months into your recovery.

After your gynaecologist refers you, or you register on our website, you’ll receive a personalised voucher code. Enter it in the app and your program unlocks tailored entirely to your surgery type.

Endometriosis surgery: 4 weeks pre-hab + 4 weeks re-hab
Hysterectomy surgery: 6 weeks pre-hab + 6 weeks re-hab
