How does it work? - Download the app from the store - Turn on Bluetooth - Register or log in with Apple ID - Connect to the vending machine by approaching your iPhone - Top up your virtual wallet with coins and / or credit card or PayPal - Start buying directly from the MatiPay app with your IPhone! To recharge with coins: connect to the vending machine by bringing the phone close to the MatiPay payment module and wait a few seconds: the orange LED will light up. Is the led orange? You are connected! Insert the coins into the coin mechanism and the credit will be updated in real time! Select the product you want to buy! How can I top up my virtual wallet with a credit card? To recharge by credit card: click on the "Recharge" button on the Homepage and enter the data from your credit card. Не рекомендую ### 1/5 — 😵‍💫😵‍💫 *2026-04-01, version 5.4.11* Franchement très déçu par Matipay. Installé récemment dans une grande entreprise à Marne-la-Vallée, le service est déjà loin d’être fiable. On paie, mais bien souvent les produits sélectionnés ne sont tout simplement pas délivrés. C’est quand même incroyable qu’en seulement quelques semaines, ça ne fonctionne pas correctement. Difficile de comprendre comment une société peut faire appel à ce type de service. Je peux vous dire que j’ai désinstallé l’application, et vu le nombre de personnes dans cette entreprise, beaucoup sont en train de faire de même et décident de ne plus faire appel à ce genre de machine. À ce jour, Matipay ne vaut clairement pas le coup. ### 2/5 — Service client inutile *2026-03-31, version 5.4.11* Ce système a été installé récemment dans le parc d’attractions où je bosse, nous avions avant un super système regretté de tous qui permettait de recharger son badge de travail en CB, ou en pièces directement sur les machines là avec cette appli, j’ai vu qu’on pouvait scanner notre badge afin de le lier au compte sauf que petit problème, la carte est reconnue que sur les distributeurs du bâtiment employés principal mais sur les autres machines, cela ne marche pas du tout. Je suis donc obligé d’utiliser le système de QR code.(quand il est pas arraché de la machine…) et donc avoir une connexion Internet, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans la machine et située en dessous d’une attraction par exemple ou la connexion ne passe pas. J’ai ouvert une demande sur le service client, elle a été clôturé sans aucun retour et mon problème est toujours d’actualité. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-03-25, version 5.4.11* Trying to sign up to buy a simple coffee and my account is blocked apparently because I’ve attempted to log in too much.
