Horrible customer service,plain and simple.

This App at First seem to be OK but now I’m realizing it has more problems than I’m willing to deal with it will not sync automatically with highway and a lot of time when you try to put in the note section it won’t allow you to type in any notes, but it would not allow you to bypass
It continues to disconnect from Bluetooth automatically overall, I do  not recommend this app

Since the update the app is extremely slow on a brand new iPad and iPhone. Press a button and sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds to respond. Also during  stage 1 inspection an officer said the mileage jumped while in sleeper mode. I don’t drive illegally so it’s not possible unless the app isn’t working correctly. Going to try for a little long but probably will be going to a different company unless these things get fixed.

They claim the have 24/7 customers support witch is a absolute LIE, they will just answer your email however they wont help you with your issue AT ALL Absolutely ridiculous!

Matrack ELD service is a lot better than any other high tech big companies. I only had twice some technical issues that was resolved immediately. I also want to say Franze (their tech support) is awesome. She is very polite, professional and has lots of patience. She is a great asset to your company!
