Matrimonial India app doesn’t verify them and anyone can create an account. Please be aware to put any such information and don’t trust people whom you contact. Fraud people will find a way to abuse the system or app, but I expect a better security and verification system by app developers. I managed to contact a person who said already found the partner but not sure why her profile is still up. Very difficult to get in touch with the person. I have sent personal messages to people on behalf of my son but the messages are not viewed. I wonder if the profiles are genuine. Not getting the support promised when joining. It is more of a trap as once you join the site they want you to pay more money to get a manager work for you. This was not revealed before joining. I specifically asked before joining if there is any other chargers involved but at that time I was told no. I have requested my support person to contact some if the profile I selected but didn’t get any updates. Phone calls are not returned. Won’t advice anyone to join this website 😇😇😠😠😠I have been allocated with different support person and they all were not supportive if my need.
