The app to this day is still slow to work with and does not shown majority of time when searching account #

This app is worth exactly what you pay for it...nothing.

This app is terrible when used with an i5 phone.  Somethings, like canceling  a test, don't work.  Also, finding an account by the acct # is not consistent. Sometimes works, and sometimes not. Could not get the app to show a zone list, either. 
Don't get this app. You'll waste a lot of time trying to make it work.  Luv the phone, but hate the app.
Update-- after a supposedly programming "fix" by Dice, there is no improvement.  The app simply does not perform consistently enough to be useful.  I rate this app a minus five.

This is a great tool to use out in the field, most issues I have encountered have been user error.

Dice has created a great tool for alarm technicians working out in the field.  By using this app, a tech can put a system in test mode, view history, check a zone list, and many other features.  Way to go Dice, you rolled out a winner here.
