## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-05-18*

This app is so poorly designed. It also randomly shuts down for weeks and I have to paper chart.

### 1/5 — this EHR makes me want to slit my wrists

*2025-08-14*

I hate it

### 1/5 — Horrible

Any company that uses this app didn’t test it or care about their employees. Horrible app to ise on a daily basis.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2023-12-12*

This app was clearly created by someone who’s not using it on a daily basis.

1) fix the select date function and get rid of the scrolls for selecting a date. Who thought this was a good idea? Horrible. Make a Calendar where you can click on it. Takes forever

2) let us put in the dates for all the goals and interventions without having it scrolled to the top each time you put in a date. What a pain.

3) allow us to select a.m. or p.m. as a button for meds. We’re all having to hand type in this stuff again, and again, and again and again.

4) make a button that says end of episode, and will automatically put in the end of episode date.
Also make a button for one month and two weeks to just click and it will automatically put in the date

5) so many more but start here. For the love of all that is good in the world. UPDATE MY GOODNESS

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2025-10-08*

The UI is not very intuitive. For example, tapping the hamburger icon drills into the patient record and view options, whereas conventionally it should open a parent menu, user profile, or app settings.

The most frustrating issue, however, is the lack of Touch ID, Face ID, or proper password AutoFill support. AutoFill only works if you manually search for the saved login under Passwords, as the app is not mapped to the correct URL for automatic recognition.

### 4/5 — Apple friendly

*2024-12-03*

App is alright but I need facial recognition so I don’t have to use the pin always
