### 1/5 — Worst EMR communication tool

*2021-06-18*

This app has been one of the worst communication tools I’ve ever seen in health care or in general. The features are very limited. The messages do not stay long enough for you to refer to. You can’t delete messages once you have read them and don’t need them. The ones you do need to keep goes away as early as a couple of days. There is no way to keep them longer than 7 days. And if you’re getting more and more messages, you’re older threads will just disappear in thin air. It’s so frustrating and disappointing.

### 1/5 — If I can give 0 stars

*2021-06-04*

Pros:
-allows sending a communication note within the message and for the chart at the same time.

Cons:
-can only keep so many message at once. You can find messages gone with 2-3 days depending on your volume
-therefore, you can track or save messages
-you can’t remove someone from the message or leave the message thread once someone or you have been added to it
-limited characters, so even if it has a feature to add your message to the chart as a communication note, it’s limited
-no time stamping of date and time it was sent (it just says how many days ago it was sent when you read the message

I wish it was better. Our team hates it that we try to only use it if we really need to. We communicate with each other in other better platforms like teams and outlook instead.
