Recently placed an ordered and received a damaged product. Customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold of and will not return my messages.

J’ai voulu retourné des lunettes qu’ils m’avaient envoyé parce qu’il pensaient que je voulais échanger la paires de lunette précédente que j’avais commandé alors que je voulais me les faire rembourser et parce que leur délais de réponse aux courriels est trop longue je n’ai pas pu les retourner parce que le 30 jours était dépassé.

Très dommage que la compagnie charge encore des frais de livraison. Il y a peu de magasins qui distribuent l’entièreté des collections et ça rend compliqué le magasinage en personne.

I have used Matt and Nat for years and recently purchased online. It has been made extremely difficult to do a return and so I will no longer support this business.

Tout a fait décevant et peu respectueux. J’ai immédiatement effacer l’application. Entreprise non crédible. Sur ce simple constat imaginez le reste maintenant. 

Totally disappointing and disrespectful.  I immediately deleted the app.  Untrustworthy company.  On this simple observation imagine the rest now.

Their return policy on the app is abysmal...
I bought a 200$ vegan leather jacket from the app without seeing it was final sale (it was written in small letters at the bottom, very easy to miss). Sizing isn't clear. I now have a slight too big jacket, and it is also the thinnest leather jacket I've ever seen. Not happy.

I've owned 3 bags from them and while they look great, they lose their shape and the fake leather flakes after a while. The zippers discolour and start smelling. I really want to keep encouraging a local, vegan company, but I'm wondering if it's worth it at this stage.

Après avoir reçu mes chaussures, j’ai écrit au service à la clientèle sans jamais recevoir de message en retour. 

L’application canada est en anglais. Il n’y a aucune charte des grandeurs pour les chaussures. Ce qui est très dommage puisque nous ne pouvons retourner les chaussures en rabais.
