It won’t let me reset my password cuz it says the email I used isn’t correct but when I go to “resign up” it says my email is in use. Please let me log back in. After using the exercises to warm up for auditions for a couple of months, I was sold and started studying with one of his associates! I use this anytime I have to sing, and I love that the exercises are curated based on how you're feeling and how you need to use your voice that day. I've never even heard of this app or Matt Farnsworth until today. I've tried two different email addresses as a completely new user, multiple tries and reboots later with no success. We're not off to a great start, or any start at all. ### 1/5 — Bought premium but diff not receive premium access *2022-09-16, version 1.0.12* Premium videos have not opened. ### 1/5 — Unable to even get a login *2021-02-04, version 1.0.12* Downloaded the app, tried to create a login with the “no account” option, and all I get is “Verify email - please check your email box to confirm your email address”. I never receive an email, although I’ve tried many times. I don't lead a group nor can I sing. I am an actor and voice actor, which one should I choose? Maybe more options would be helpful. Overall not an auspicious start to using the app. I'll see if there's other apps out there that cater less towards singers and coaches and more towards actors. ### 2/5 — Exercises won’t play *2018-12-18, version 1.0.10* I’ve done a lot of these exercises, and I absolutely love them. I can hear the difference in my voice when I warm up and when I don’t. Problem is recently either the demos will take really long to finally start playing or the exercise videos just won’t play correctly (can’t hear the sound, or it will just stop on it’s own). I love the app, but can anyone fix this? I bought the premium version and now I can’t use it... 😐 ### 2/5 — Didn’t work *2018-04-17, version 1.0.10* I was able to sing with one training video, and then the volume stopped working. The volume worked for everything else, but not the training videos. The one video I completed was fun though. ### 3/5 — Log In Issues *2018-02-26, version 1.0.10* I've had this for several months now and now it will not allow me to log in with the Facebook account that I used to sign up with. Keeps taking me around in a circle. Tried reinstalling and etc to no avail. Great warmups, easy to navigate and clear instructions. The only thing I’d love to see would be the option to auto play the practice pieces so they play one right after the other when favorited (only maybe a playlist feature to put warm ups in custom categories) it would make warming up in the car on the way to a gig easier.
