I’ve been working on this led strip for 2 hours and it still doesn’t connect, this is the worst investment I’ve made…

**Developer response:** Hi there — we’re really sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience getting your LED strip connected. Please try updating to the latest version of the app, then rebooting your iPhone and attempting setup again (this can resolve intermittent connectivity issues with Matter devices).

If you’re using a Cync device, please also confirm you’re using the correct connection method for your model (Matter devices can pair via Wi-Fi or Thread), and make sure your phone is on the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network during setup. If it still won’t connect, power-cycle the strip (unplug for ~30 seconds), then retry pairing.

If you can share your iPhone model/iOS version and router details (open Matter Utilities app -> Support -> Report Bugs), we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot further.
