Please try updating to the latest version of the app, then rebooting your iPhone and attempting setup again (this can resolve intermittent connectivity issues with Matter devices). If you’re using a Cync device, please also confirm you’re using the correct connection method for your model (Matter devices can pair via Wi-Fi or Thread), and make sure your phone is on the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network during setup. If it still won’t connect, power-cycle the strip (unplug for ~30 seconds), then retry pairing. I’ve tried different account accounts different Wi-Fi password and it still won’t connect. This is a horrible app. Don’t recommend for anyone who is not good with technology.!!! 😭😭☠️ **Developer response:** We apologize for your bad experience. Our app is aimed at IoT developers, it is not suitable for the majority of regular users. As for the Wi-Fi connection issue, you must ensure that your device is "Matter over Wi-Fi" and that your phone is connecting to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. You may be using the wrong Wi-Fi band or you are using a Matter over Thread device. If it is a "Matter over Thread" device, you will need a Border Thread Router like an Apple TV 4K, HomePod, HomePod Mini,... to connect with the device ### 1/5 — App won’t connect *2024-10-07* The lightbulb shows up on the app but never connects properly and just keeps failing.
