There should be a cloud search capability or a code where the client can find their model - without the admin requirement on OUR part. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 3D Showcase has bit the dust *2024-07-03* I heard it through the grapevine that the Matterport 3D Showcase App is no more & there is nothing to replace it. It doesn’t make any sense why Matterport would not combine the 3D Showcase App features to their main app. But I guess they are not going to that, according to the rumors that I have been going around through the grapevine. Very Sad. ### 1/5 — Unable to Save any new tours *2024-06-26* PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP. I TRIED DOWNLOADING A NEW TOUR & I HAD NO SUCCESS. I ALSO LOST ALL OF MY PREVIOUS DOWNLOADED PROJECTS. I USE THESE TOURS TO HELP WITH INTERIOR DECORATING BUSINESS. THE OTHER APP GETS UPDATED. BUT ITS BEEN 4 YEARS SINCE THIS APP HAS BEEN UPDATED. ITS A SHAME. ITS NOT WORKING ANYMORE. OTHERS ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUES I AM. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2024-01-13* When I go to the 'Cloud' tab, I get an error that says "The operation couldn't be completed. No space left on device". I can search for but cannot download any Spaces. On my iPad I'm using ~95GB of 1TB, so I have about 905GB free. The error seems like nonsense to me. ### 1/5 — What is this? I don't get it. *2023-12-09* No search functionality.. only 'Featured', 'Cloud' and 'Downloaded' -- you can't even open a web-based Matterport in the app in order to download it. So, basically only 'Featured'? After downloading your scans, these work offline and are excellent for demonstrations or guidance tools. I think it’s definitely the best experience for viewing the models that I shoot. But I’m not the one that needs the ability. Anyone should be able to use the app to download and view models. My realtor clients should all be able to have this on their iPads to show to clients. And their clients who are shopping for homes should be able to have it too, so they can download potential houses to view.
