L’app non funziona da mesi: al login rimane in loading senza permettere né l’accesso né il cambio password o altro. Testata su diversi iPhone con diverse versioni di iOS l’esito è sempre lo stesso: inutilizzabile! Contattata l’assistenza Maurer via mail, non ha mai risposto nessuno. La camera è un soprammobile oltretutto dal gusto discutibile, peccato 😑

Una volta funziona anche lo schermo intero girando lo smartphone con l’ultimo aggiornamento non funziona più con ios14 e si blocca facilmente il flusso del video....

Ho tre VCR Maurer, collegate in Wi-Fi FASTWEB e in casa funzionano, anche se ogni tanto si sprogrammano e devo resettarle e riconfigurarle nuovamente (scomodissimo)
Quando esco invece, e voglio controllarle in remoto con la linea telefonica 4G, spesso non danno segni di vita. 
Inoltre, se va via la corrente, quando si riattivano, la telecamera risulta bloccata e occorre staccare la presa e reinserirla. 
Insomma, complicate e inaffidabili.

Il servizio help non funziona. Macchinoso e pieno di bugs. Insomma, riusciremo a non pentirci di aver comprato i vostri prodotti?

Come mai non riesco ad aggiungere una terza camera? Il venditore mi ha detto che se ne potevano aggiungere fino a 4, ma già la terza è impossibile. 
Sinceramente, pessimo prodotto.
