## What is Maurice OS?

Maurice — Shortcut Automation

Turn any spare iOS device into a powerful automation server.
Maurice runs your Apple Shortcuts on a schedule—every 5 minutes, every hour, every day. No tapping required. Your automations run themselves while you sleep.

THE PROBLEM WITH SHORTCUTS
Apple Shortcuts is incredibly powerful. But your shortcuts only run when you trigger them manually. Maurice fixes that.

WHAT MAURICE DOES

* Schedule any shortcut to run automatically
* Trigger shortcuts remotely via webhook URL
* Chain multiple shortcuts into workflows
* Monitor everything from a built-in web dashboard
* Get email alerts when automations fail

WEB DASHBOARD
Maurice runs a web server on your local network. Open any browser on your Mac, iPad, or phone and access your automation control center:

* Live stats and success rates
* Countdown timers to upcoming runs
* Full execution history
* Remote pause/resume controls

WEBHOOK TRIGGERS
Every shortcut gets a URL. Call it from other apps, your Mac, smart home platforms, or any service that supports webhooks. Your Apple Shortcuts become part of your entire tech ecosystem.

WORKFLOWS
Chain shortcuts together. Run Shortcut A, wait, run Shortcut B, then C. Build complex automations from simple building blocks.

PERFECT FOR YOUR OLD iPHONE
That drawer phone collecting dust? Plug it in, install Maurice, and it becomes a dedicated home automation server. Always on, always connected, always working.

NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. One purchase. No monthly fees. No cloud services. Runs entirely on your device.

Unlimited shortcuts
Unlimited schedules
Unlimited executions

WHAT YOU CAN AUTOMATE
Anything with Shortcuts support:

Data exports and backups
* Scheduled messages and notifications
* Content processing and organization
* App integrations and API calls
* Morning routines and daily briefings
* Weekly reports and summaries

If you can build it in Shortcuts, Maurice can run it on a schedule.
REQUIREMENTS

iOS 16.0 or later
Works best on a dedicated device with WiFi

Your shortcuts are ready to run themselves. Let them.

- Run shortcuts from your calendar. Create triggers that fire shortcuts before, at the start, at the end, or during all-day calendar events by keyword matching in the event calendar event title.

- Pause All now means all. Pause/Resume All now covers both time-based schedules and calendar triggers, in the app and over the API. One button stops everything.

- API updates. /api/pause/all and /api/resume/all now return triggers Paused / triggersResumed counts alongside existing schedule and workflow counts.
