My creator/affiliate account was removed, but when I asked why, I was told that the reason was confidential and that they couldn’t share much information. Creators deserve transparency. If an account is being removed, we should at least be given a clear explanation or told what policy was involved so we can understand what happened and avoid the same issue in the future. Being told “we wish you the best of luck” without an actual explanation was frustrating and dismissive. I hope Mavely takes creator feedback seriously, because removing creators without explaining why can make people lose trust in the platform. I’m leaving this review based on my experience and hope things improve for future creators. ### 1/5 — Why can’t it save *2026-05-04, version 14.6.1* It working smoothly until time to post the product it will never works ### 1/5 — Shady stuff, be careful *2026-03-11, version 14.5.1* This is soooo shady. They accepted me, all fine,..and then they blocked me and removed my account. No explanation was given of course, just an email that it has been done already and some ridicule stating that it could be literally for whatever reason. I read about random account closures at random times for no reason on Reddit but still decided to give it a try, and obviously it was a mistake. So, Id say don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Terrible Experience *2026-02-20, version 14.4.1* This app positions itself for affiliate marketing adjacent but really it’s just a shopping app. ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY *2026-01-24, version 14.3.2* I wish I would’ve read reviews prior to using Mavely. Like all the others, Mavely waited until it was time to pay me to terminate my account. What in the world?! They couldn’t give a reason why my account was terminated. After reading all these other reviews, it’s clear to me that they do this intentionally. They essentially stole about $500 from me. Unbelievably shady. STAY AWAY FROM MAVELY. I’ll spread the word about their shady tactics any opportunity that I get. Stay far away from Mavely. ### 1/5 — Account Termination Without Reason *2025-12-05, version 14.1.7* I’m a very small creator. Out of nowhere today I received an email about termination my account for Trademark bidding, ad hijacking, or using Mavely links on a coupon site. First of all, I don’t even really know what’s any of those things are, nor have I ever done any of them. I wouldn’t even know how to?! This doesn’t make any sense at all and it’s impossible to get help other than via email. ### 1/5 — Warning: DO NOT TRUST THEM *2025-10-23, version 14.1.4* I loved using Mavely until I randomly got an email last week accusing me of not following their terms & “creating spam ads” or “hijacking brand ads”. I have never created an ad in my life. Apparently they have done this to multiple influencers and deny any ability to appeal or even receive the money earned. They requested I send every single link I have posted (which would be hundreds over the last year) and they “might” consider “making an exception” since I obviously did nothing wrong…it was not a ton of money still owed but it could have been if I had been posting more. I one hundred percent would not consider using them because of this and am going to make sure everyone knows to stay away and use LTK instead. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2025-09-16, version 14.1.4* They will delete your account and give you zero reason as to why. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Was going great until I was kicked off for no reason *2025-07-29, version 13.0.9* I was using Maley as a designer to send links to clients to make a few extra dollars on the side. And then all of a sudden, last week I was sent a very shady email that my links were being sent from an unknown domain (I’ve only ever created and set links from my business laptop). I thought it was a fishing email so I did not reply and then a day later they said my account was terminated for not complying with their terms. None of it made sense and I can’t get a hold of a real person to discuss.
