You need at a 12 letter password to sign in, that is when I should have stopped. It asks you to make a pin when adding Nitro, not sure why. Then I was adding Nitro and I spent 20 minutes because it didn't like anything I entered for bank information. Now I am trying to figure out how to get my gas discount and I get everything but. Whoever designed this needs fired. At 70 I don't need to be looking everywhere on the app to find what I consider the most important reason for getting it. It sounds like I need to request some kind of access code to get a discount but I can't find it. Reseeded reward for cinnamon roll after scanning card it switched prices and charged me the total when the Cinnabon was supposed to be free. It apparently always declines when you first try to use it. There’s a number to call when that happens, so I did, going through the phone-tree and waiting. They told me this is common and said I should be able to use it in 24 hours. I waited 24 hours and it still got declined. Waited over a week and same result.
