## What is Mavic Seeker?

WORKS WITH ANY DJI DRONE. USES ONLY GPS AND COMPASS
As everybody knows, the DJI GO4 app let you find your lost drone with the relevant option. This works perfectly while you have a network connection .. but if you do not have.. pretty unuseful. Most probably, when you lost your drone, you are in places where the internet connection is poor or not present. Even the phone net is not present, sometimes. And if the phone net is not present, also gps trackers does not work.
Trying to help a friend that lost his Mavic in a deep forest, after several days of unuseful researches, with the help of this app he was able to recover his just slightly damaged Mavic in 10 minutes walk..
You just need to set the latitude and longitude of lost drone as they appears in the 'find my drone' option of the dji app, (click on the pushpin) taking care of N,E,S,W , wait for GPS to fix, you will have accuracy (in meters), distance and heading values, and then point towards the direction shown trying to have the two green markers always on. Walk that direction and when distance decreases you will have it in green, while if it increase it will be shown in red. when distance becomes zero, just have a look around. Your Mavic or DJI drone is very close to you. just need to pick it up and recover.
Distances and accuracy are in meters. Please remove your device from covers with magnetic locks as they affects magnetometer.
Activate voice help if you need to walk without watching your phone.

Please update this app

### 1/5 — What the???

So the concept here is pretty good. It’s just an app to help you walk to a coordinate. But when I try to type in the longitude, the number comes up wrong. Like true in -117.8 degrees and it shows 04.04 E. Latitude works by the way. Of course the rest of the functionality of the App doesn’t work because of this.
