I'm in love. Mavie does such a great job at normalizing real motherhood. My kids are clinging onto me, I have housework, a job... i definitely don't have an hour for myself these days to exercise or just even breathe. 15 minutes of movement or mindfulness is PERFECT for the stage of motherhood I'm in. I wish other apps and brands would meet me where I'm at like Mavie does. No pressure to bounce back... just meeting me where I actually am

As a toddler mom I have very little time for any form of self care and am always a little skeptical of anything promising me quick results, but Mavie has become my daily lifeline. Really nice to get easy daily tips and exercises from fellow moms who get it and aren’t asking for anything more from me than what I can currently give (aka 15 minutes at a time) ❣️

It’s like having a sister, best friend and doctor in your pocket. As a mom of 2 Mavie has helped me find my center in all of the chaos and makes everyday life a little bit easier. It has helped me prioritize myself again in a way that feels effortless. The “life raft” button is pure genius!
