Worst app, does not book any parking. Does not refund or transfer. No support.  In summary it is total trash

Tried to call the call center and they admitted the application is having a technical issue (since who knows) and the only solution is to reserve parking through manual kiosks, I don’t even know how the app is allowed to be published and available here.
