The search option doesn't work. I couldn't even manually choose my location to find nearest parking. Same story for residents trying to park. The only useful thing is paying for parking which is possible by sms. The areas it manages lack proper signage, and vehicles are immediately towed as soon as they enter, leaving drivers with no choice but to pay a fine. In addition, the customer support service is unhelpful and does not fulfill its role. I walked to the machine and paid the parking fee. Unfortunately, later when I checked the application, I noticed that a fine had already been issued. At that time, I did not keep the payment receipt, as I believed the payment had been successfully completed. Couple of days ago I added 50 riyals credit and when I wanted to use it I couldn’t find any meter on the map and when I asked I was told it’s not applicable in the area anymore! This application lacks information and not user friendly although it’s a great service and I don’t know why it was stopped in my area.
