I've had nothing but problems with MAWSS since I moved to Mobile. It takes an act of Congress to pay the bill each month. You'd think an app would alleviate that problem, but think again. The app needs serious work.

A major utility service with no competition and a total garbage can of an app. Doesn’t support dark mode, awful account history, terrible interface and set-up. Just total garbage. Just like their phone and in person customer service this is a pure waste!

If I could give this app a zero I would. This app isn’t worth a single star. The app is worthless. I can never make a payment through this app. It requires me to re-enter my payment multiple times just to deny my info then continues to alert me that the system is down. This has happened month after month. This is the absolute worst payment app I have ever had to deal with.

Confirmed that it works on my old iPad 4 with iOS 10.3.3 but not on my iPhone 6s with 11.1. It just crashes on Open.
