Borderline 1-Star *2020-10-05, version 1.11.15* For being the premiere CRM and marketing platform in this space, this is an abysmal disappointment. Lead Source fields don’t sync with existing database (crucial). App rarely stays open on iPad Pro, and constantly gets errors on iPhone. Hardly functional for most things that you need to do to be effective. Not asking for a lot, they could take a lot of notes from the HubSpot App. What makes it worse is that they “don’t support” Chrome or Safari on mobile devices either, so it’s accepting the worst of either... Huge disappointment for anyone who needs flexibility to work on the road, which is a lot of us in Sales. ### 2/5 — Not everything I want it to be *2019-10-28, version 1.11.13* Pros: can access contacts and add notes and tasks Cons: every time I search for opportunities the app crashes. When adding a note or a task you can notify other team members. This is a big bummer for me as this is the only communication my team responds to. Can’t view tasks that are not yours. Again, our team relies on the tasks and notes to know where our projects are at. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time or money *2019-02-05, version 1.11.6* Infusionsoft or keap, or whatever they are calling themselves is NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR MENTAL BANDWIDTH. Support is awful and the software is clunky and confusing to make it do all of the automations you want and need for your business. Although opportunities are there, the functionality is completely broken. App closes the second you try to search for anything, and the opportunities being shown are a small fraction of what I really have. Apparently it doesn't work with this version of iOS (11+). I hope they fix this quick. It's a terrible experience for a new customer. ### 2/5 — Needs more functionality *2017-11-10, version 1.11.0* It’s nice to be able to add contacts and orders on the fly, but it would be great if I could pull reports of new contacts, daily payments received, cash forecast, etc... and be able to look email blasts/campaigns opens and bounces. ### 1/5 — Promises Much, Delivers Little *2017-08-13, version 1.10.0* This app has a lot of promise. If I could use it as a mobile CRM and take credit card orders on it, I'd be a very happy user. But the app crashes constantly, making it pretty much useless. I even purchased the card reader, only to have the app crash as soon as it sensed the card in the chip reader. Also, no search function for products in the order screen makes it impossible for me to take orders. I have to scroll through over 2,000 products in alphabetical order. ### 3/5 — Getting better *2017-07-17, version 1.10.0* Mostly a decent way to use Infusionsoft's CRM features on mobile. Lately it's been crashing whenever I try to search for opportunities. ### 2/5 — No notifications? *2016-11-18, version 1.6* You can't get the App to notify you when you have a new task. How simple is that? Yet they continue to do other stuff and not this. I have a task that is important to follow up on in a timely fashion, and the only way to get notified is to read the email and then use this app to tag the customer accordingly. Get your stuff together guys, your service isn't the cheapest out there. How bout you use that money to fix the basics ### 1/5 — And it crashes on iPad, too *2016-08-25, version 1.6* I tested the app tonight on my iPad after it was crashing today on my iPhone 6s Plus. Same exact thing happens. Crashes as soon as I click the magnifying glass to search for a contact. Pretty useless. ### 1/5 — Does the things I don't even use in Infusionsoft *2016-05-20, version 1.5.1* Update: the app crashes when I try opening it. The items you do via the app, call the prospects, write notes down, add tasks etc . Does NOT sync via the web platform. A simple API solution but the developers of infusionsoft seem to not have thought of it. There is no use of using the app if it does not record your activities and notes via the web records. ### 3/5 — Simple but Not Highly Useful *2016-01-28, version 1.5.1* Gives ability to search for contacts and see tasks. However, does not provide items on desktop dashboard such as new contacts and activity. We have a fairly large database so the circumstance of searching for a specific client by their name is unlikely. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Want to access more contact information *2023-10-20* I feel like this app is just a placeholder to “have an app” and there has been no investment in this space. Keap itself gets FIVE STARS hands down for being an amazing CRM system and automation platform — on my computer. But when I’m away from my computer, I’d love to be able to at least see all the information about a contact. Even if I can’t edit or do a lot of work on my phone — that’s fine. But at least bring over all the info per contact, or have a quick link to open up Keap on a browser to access that info. It’s hard to communicate with a client or potential client if you don’t have all their details available… ### 1/5 — Can’t expect much. *2022-05-09, version 1.11.18* Sucky app. It’s clear the company isn’t even paying attention. ### 1/5 — Exceptionally weak *2020-10-05, version 1.11.15* Incredible that this mobile app STILL hasn’t been updated worth a darn. Seriously. Errors, crashing, zero access to actual useful features that other crm apps have. If Infusionsoft wasn’t fantastic in and of itself I wouldn’t be here at all. This app is just terrible. ### 1/5 — Upload of Contacts not working *2020-07-29, version 1.11.14* In the past I have been able to take pictures of Business Cards in the app to upload my contacts and now I keep getting Error Messages...... I have contacted Support and they told me it was bug that they would have to look into it, but I never heard back. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever tried to use *2020-02-20, version 1.11.13* This is the least user friendly app I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t pull call lists. Doesn’t sync the dashboard. Doesn’t sync contacts. It’s an entirely useless application. A CRM is meant to house contacts. What good is a CRM app that doesn’t access your contacts? Now Infusionsoft isn’t compatible with the latest iOS update so the only option would be this app. Invest in an app developer. This one is horrible. ### 1/5 — Terrible application that makes CRM harder to use *2020-01-31, version 1.11.13* The best CRM is one that you USE! This app makes me cringe in field at the very thought of having to use it... It forces me to bring my laptop EVERYWHERE. The major miss, is that the app only syncs ONE WAY, meaning flow goes from mobile to cloud, but doesn't pull from cloud to mobile... This ends up piling up VALUABLE leads that simply don't get to the end user. The second major issue, is PUSH NOTIFICATIONS... I can't for the life of me figure out how to enable them! What good is a CRM that does not remind you of new task or upcoming task! I hear people whisper that the keap app is much better, but of course, I can't use that app at all ### 1/5 — Does nothing *2019-11-28, version 1.11.13* Can’t do anything functional on this app. If anything it would hinder the workload. ### 1/5 — Useless *2019-05-30, version 1.11.7* The best we can do is a list of recent payments and add contacts? Missing opportunities in my ap. Have to search to find them. I get a lot of my leads from online advertising and I need to take the name and email and get them into INFST. This app makes it fast and easy plus I can send a quick email or apply a tag while on the go. ### 5/5 — Always improving *2015-09-27, version 1.5* Infusionsoft runs my two businesses. I really like how all of your notes are available at the palm of your hand. Perfect for mobile appointments out of the office or impromptu networking sessions.
