Your executives have absolutely no sense of responsibility or intent to resolve issues — only attitude and scripted, useless replies. Every single time, the only response I get is “wait for 3–5 working days.” Is this your solution to everything? Repeating the same line without any action or accountability is not customer service — it’s sheer negligence. I made a full online payment, and even after 10 days there is no delivery, no proper update, and no ownership from your end. This is completely unacceptable and reflects how poorly your system is managed. Your brand is full of loopholes, delays, and broken processes. Customers are left helpless, chasing your team for answers while being met with indifference and incompetence. This entire experience has led to extreme frustration and mental harassment. If this is the level of service you provide, it clearly shows a lack of professionalism and respect for your customers ### 1/5 — Fraud application *2025-09-28* Its been a week i have place my order, their is no any updates about it whether its been confirmed and processing or cancelled nothing is been updated but they have deducted my amount. Their is no customer online service connection, and when called them they say order has been not placed, due to technical problem amount has been deducted and they said to order again. But the products have been gone, they are not in stock anymore. Now where is my money gone ? Products also not available now. Is this your business ???????????? Please consider my words and refund my amount. I will never suggest this app to anyone if my money is not refunded. ### 1/5 — Unacceptable Delay & Terrible Service - Never Again *2025-08-21* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order from MAX. My name is Archana, and I ordered clothes for Rs. 8,810 on August 10th, expecting them by August 17th. It's now well past that date, and I still haven't received anything. I'm from Kerala, and I needed these clothes for the festival season, which is now ruined. When I called customer care, they were completely unhelpful and just told me to wait another 3-5 days. To make matters worse, the third-party courier they use is irresponsible and has no contact number. This is a joke. For a brand as big as MAX, this level of service is a disgrace. I will never recommend MAX to anyone. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. ### 1/5 — Very poor service *2025-02-12* After my orders were delayed I requested cancellation and refund. I was assured repeatedly that it will be done but even after 40 days I neither have the items nor the money I paid. Now they tell me the order has not been canceled. I had called the customer care many times to ensure cancellation and they promised the same. The CSEs don’t listen properly and keep blurting the same old lines without any intention to resolve or follow up. They don’t inform if there is any delay in the services either. My order history still shows this particular order will be delivered by 22nd dec 2024, though there was no information regarding the delay even after a week. HIGH ON IRRESPONSIBILITY AND INEFFICIENCY ### 5/5 — Don’t go with max fashion *2024-09-26* I purchased a t-shirt, and it was supposed to be delivered. However, for the past 10 days, the status has shown that I was not available at the delivery address, even though I've been here. The order has been marked as "out for delivery" for the last 10 days, and I’m unable to cancel it until I receive it. My money is tied up in this situation, and it's causing me a lot of stress. Now they lied that your money has been initiated but I haven’t received yet ### 1/5 — Worst service *2024-05-14* I had ordered 4 tops and it was my first order, they have accepted the order and payment was made through online they said it will be shipped within 3 days, but the order didn’t ship in three, after two weeks they cancelled one of my top and updated in the system that the money is refunded though I didn’t receive refund the same thing was done for other three tops and out of three canceled orders they refunded me one tops money, the other three tops money isn’t refunded, i have contacted the customer care and told about the issue, there response is very bad , worst experience in max fashion ### 1/5 — Worst App and Worst Service *2024-05-02* This app and customer care is just disgusting. I placed an order from last 12 days. My order shows into Transit in my city since last 7 days and I don’t understand what exactly happening and why they are not able to deliver the order. The customer care told me that they do not have courier partner available to deliver my product. And seriously you guys are very well known brand and listening this from you is like you are really bad at maintaining the online services and it’s really disappointing. This is my first time I placed my order online from Max Fashion application and this will be my last. I will even tell people to not take any product from this application also I will stop visiting the store too. It’s really very disgusting. Please at least have some good services to update the tracking information or hire someone professional to train you for that. Note: please do not consider my 1 star as I can’t rate you in negative. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2024-04-09* My order arrived 3 days later some products were not as shown in the picture so I tried to return the products but the return option in the app was not available. I called max customer support they told me to wait 48 hours I waited then they sent me an email saying me to return the products by visiting max store but there was no max store in my town so I decided to go to the city near my town one day before the last date of return but in the max store the staff was untrained first they told me that they cannot return my product because it is already 15 days I showed them in my phone that the last date is 10 April that is tomorrow. Then they added the details of my product but there was an error in the system they asked me to try returning online. I told them that I have tried doing that many times then that man said that the people working online and offline are different they say anything but the people in online shops don’t know about it. It was not my fault that the system was not working !!! I have used my money in that and I don’t want the product now so why mislead the person before purchasing anything that they can return it till 10th April?? Worst experience ever, never going to buy anything again from max fashion and I do not suggest anyone to buy from here. ### 5/5 — I’ve always trusted Max Fashion *2023-08-30* Half my wardrobe is filled with clothes from Max. They sell such good quality products at affordable prices and offer great discounts too! It’s a real gem for fashionistas on a budget like me 🤍 Recently, I’ve been seeing trendy clothes and accessories and it makes me so glad to find these at a trustworthy site like Max! Definitely going to be restocking my wardrobe! Kudos to Max for being my all-time favorite place to shop!!❤️❤️ ### 1/5 — Tracking delivery status *2023-03-03* First you enforce to install app to track the delivery package by not letting to track it from anywhere else. I tried a lot and failed to track it without installing the app. After installing the app and logging in, it shows as processing at the list and when entered inside it shows as delivered. So far I did not receive the package yet. Paid the money at the store as was told to get back money if returned and not possible if paid at home. But, now I do not feel cool anymore. I might have to visit the store again to clarify this. This purchase online and such uncertain delivery status is total annoying to rely. Very bad status of the application handling.
