Makes is difficult to help others with booking payment. ### 2/5 — Payment link “pay now” option does not work *2026-03-05* I booked OPD appointment with a doctor, I was asked to download the app and make payment to avoid queue, however I could not payment online, as there is no option to make payment, called customer support multiple times, but they could not help either. ### 4/5 — To cancel Appt at Max *2026-02-26, version 7.0* Quite sometime back an option to cancel appt was already provided in the msg received which was very convenient . It is fake app ### 1/5 — Importance of Timely Communication for Appointment Delays *2025-06-18* When a patient books an appointment 1–2 days in advance, and the doctor becomes unavailable or is delayed, the system should automatically notify us about the change in timing. Time is valuable, and such changes should not be discovered only at the clinic. Only down side - the app uses some colors and font sizes which are difficult to read for the elderly. Unnecessarily time consuming. ### 3/5 — Health Record missing *2025-03-20, version 5.7* Old record of 2/3 years are not showing in app. Please have a look. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Make online follow ups and consultations available. *2026-07-10* There is absolutely no way to contact your doctor or nurse through the app. That means we have to travel in person for small follow-up questions which makes no sense. Telehealth should be offered for follow-up consultation or a simple way to communicate. Every other healthcare system offers communication options instead of always needing to go in person at the hospital which is crowded and overrun because of this very reason. Long lines, no seating. Make online follow ups available and everything will run more smoothly. ### 1/5 — Extremely Unprofessional Video Consultation Service *2026-04-20* Very poor experience with Max Hospital’s video consultation. Paid ₹2000 upfront within 30 minutes as required, but the doctor never joined. Even after rescheduling the consultation, the doctor again did not join. No communication, no update, and no accountability. Highly unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money. Be cautious before using their online consultation service. ### 1/5 — Warning! Pathetic Hospital *2026-04-03* All positive reviews for this app are paid and fake for sure. It could not have been a worse and more misleading experience. We booked an appointment with a Gastroenterologist due to an emergency. My wife was having an extreme stomach pain. We reached the hospital well before time. But after roaming around for 30-35 minutes - the staff kept sending us here there. We were made to stand in queues despite a prior booking. But after waiting in queue for 15 minutes they told us again that we’re on the wrong floor and in the wrong building. The staff had no idea where the Dr was and was rude to us when we raised that as a concern. Finally we cancelled our appointment and rushed to another hospital where we got immediate support. Can’t emphasize how horrible the experience was. ### 1/5 — Not a great experience *2026-03-16* The app is easy enough to navigate but beware that they will cancel your appointmenT even after youve paid up front. My apppointment was cancelled at the last minute and I was not informed about it. I only found out because I glances at the appointment details one last time before departing. Have tried umpteen times to add an existing max id profile and the app says it's sent an otp to the associated mobile number but the otp just doesn't come.
