I have tried emailing the email address provided in the contact us section of the app with no response, which is upsetting because I paid for the lifetime option of the app for something that isn’t even working. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback — and sorry about the issue. In some cases, this may be related to system settings on Apple devices, such as Background App Refresh being disabled, Low Power Mode, or other system restrictions that can prevent the alarm from triggering properly. It was misleading when I downloaded it from a recommendation in one of my watch apps. I paid the 5,99 yearly ( stupidly ) and thought at the very least it would have some Apple Watch function but alas.. there was ZERO. To be honest what you get with Pro is not worth the money, a few chicken and dog sounds and that’s about it. Don’t waste your money and use the native Sleep Alarm in iOS. If this had some watch features or complications I might have gave it a bit of a chance. As it stands it’s a waste of money. Don’t do what I did !
