I'm loving the app and the courses and content! But there's nowhere on the app that I can see my subscription and the other options. The info is somewhat vague! 
$49.99USD per month?? Or year?? I don't remember what I chose when I started the free trial and there is nowhere that lists the subscription options.

I thought I paid $35 for the app. Next thing I know $90 is taken out. I hate when apps make their subscription renewal unclear. It feels manipulative. I do like the content though it is a little unorganized.

Update- Customer Service was kind and quickly gave me a refund and cancelled my subscription right away. 

I bought a $35 course on face yoga from this app and a few months later I get a charge for $90!! It says they will charge me every 12 weeks!! This is crazy. I didn’t sign up for a subscription of any kind. Do not give them your credit card information!!

Too much to read and then just 3 minutes video, it’s nothing for the face yoga. I wish all we have to read someone would just tell us in video, who has time sit and read in bathroom while you are doing your facial routine?

The app only allows you to see one new lesson a day, which makes no sense since I’m paying a fee. Paying customers should have access to as many lessons and videos as they want. Additionally, it is very restricting, because if you don’t hop on one day you cannot on the following day watch both the current and previous days’ videos - if you don’t use it, you lose it. 

Also, the instructor is an AI-generated lady. That doesn’t inspire much trust in their program for me. 

I’m very familiar with face yoga, face massages, and other holistic skincare routines. This one is not worth the many. You won’t find anything on here I haven’t found via YouTube and articles. 

The second month, the subscription fee more than doubled with no notice to me. They offer no way to cancel via your device nor the app - that is done intentionally by them, of course. I’m cancelling due to them restricting how many lessons and videos I can see in a day and their fee structure with zero communication.

They auto renew at 50$, during the sign up process it’s not clearly communicated. Cancelled immediately. Content is not worth it.

If you use IOS, this app does not show up in your apps, so good luck remembering when you need to renew or cancel. The “lessons” are repetitive, and the videos are way too general and short to do much good. The woman’s voice is annoying. When the daily video ends, my entire screen would go blank every time, like my phone died. It all seems like it was written and produced by AI. After complaining how my subscription renewed automatically without me seeing it in my Apple settings, I had a quick response: the cancelled it but didn’t give me my money back. Very disappointing experience overall.

There was also a temporary issue with video playback that could cause the screen to go blank after a lesson. This has been fixed in the latest version of the app, so everything should now work normally.

I have requested to stop the subscription over three times and they still won’t stop and I’ve been charged over $70 dollars. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

There is no direct unsubscribe option within the app which I think is a red flag. I've already emailed the support team and still waiting for a reply. The app itself is okay, but not worth paying $50 for. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't even remember agreeing to pay that big of an amount. I thought I was just signing up for free trial.

Highly suspicious behavior-after a month my account disappeared, they couldn’t find it with just my email address, they asked for my full cc number and then my Apple Pay device account number (after not accepting just the last four digits) which apparently is a social engineering tactic . Scammer alert, be careful . It’s sad bc I enjoyed the app

When we're unable to locate an account using an email address, we may ask for non-sensitive transaction identifiers, such as the card's BIN (first 6 digits) and last 4 digits, to help match a purchase to an account.

In cases where Apple Pay was used, the card details stored in our system are often masked by Apple and may not match the physical card. This is why additional transaction identifiers may sometimes be needed to locate an account accurately.

Their marketing is for a somatic fascia program, this is a face massage beauty app. Total scam. The app seems fine if this is what you are actually buying, but the marketing misalignment is terrible

The app is fine but it’s way overpriced and auto renewed for $89. Going back and forth with support and they are not working with me at all on refunding the $89 renewal fee that I never knew I had approved. Sneaky renewal practice and taking advantage of people.

This app is impossible to cancel. There is no option within the app. They unknowingly start to charge a membership fee that is substantially higher than the one you buy. The charges come from outside of Apple which is scary how they can get your cc info outside of Apple. You Have to dispute with cc company. Also please report them to Apple so they get taken down asap. I did but it’s going to take more than one report.

I signed up for a basic $30 subscription, and two months later they charged me $123 even though I never signed up for it! I don't even have an active subscription on my Apple account. They're not reliable or correct. It’s fraud!

I paid $35 for a class, never received the app, or a link to the app, or even a mention of the app, just the class. Then 3 months later I’m charged over $90 for what I don’t know. I found this app when I did a search. Poor marketing at best. Scammy practices. No thanks. I’m not even taking the time to cancel, I blocked the charges I never authorized. Be well!

I had a subscription and cancelled it on March 23. On March 27 I purchased a 7 day program for 9.99.  They took it upon themselves to renew my subscription and charge my account 39.99 on top of the 9.99 I paid for the 7 day program.  They did this without my authorization.  I have requested a refund and complete cancellation of my account.  They refuse to give me a refund.  Reason because my subscription was active.  Yes, because they renewed it. I did not! I didn’t want a subscription again this is why I cancelled it on March 23! I am beyond disgusted with this app and company.

I paid for a $10 course. It was great. A few days later I got charged $50 for a subscription that I absolutely did NOT sign up for. I didn’t even do a “7 day trial.” I just signed up for this face yoga course, or so I thought. I emailed and requested that my subscription be cancelled and my money be refunded. They refused. $50!!!!!! They did all of this under the guise of a “course” they were selling which was actually a signup to their very expensive monthly subscription that apparently you cannot get out of. Shame on this company and their deceitful tactics. I am HUGELY disappointed. Will obviously never again purchase or recommend anything from this company.

I started this as a way to try and ease my jaw tension and help my jaw/ neck pain. It is helping my tension but I’ve also noticed a big difference in my face shape and puffiness in my face. I look forward to it each morning and plan to continue 🙌

I like it because it makes me feel like I’m doing this with someone else, even though it’s actually just happening in my head. I don’t feel alone on my journey of self-improvement, and it feels like I’m being guided. I’ve tried working out with YouTube videos before, but because I was picking different approaches from different influencers, I lacked consistency and a clearly organized program. I’ve only been doing this for a week and haven’t seen significant results in terms of my appearance yet, but I can definitely say that I feel better and I have fun doing these short routines. I love the information the app provides and face yoga routines. It’s nice it’s only 5 mins which is definitely doable!  I also love that they release only one class/ session a day. I’m one that likes to over do it and read all the info and do all the videos at once but they really make you slow it down and pace which is explained so only releasing one class a day has helped pace me too!!
