### 5/5 — Gamechanger foe my teen athletes!

As a parent i never knew what  my kids needed to eat to perform their best. I was always worried they werent eating enough.  This app told them how much to eat based on their sport and how long they practice.  The fact that they can email me their meal plan and grocery list made it easy to jelp them plan food.  
 CoachM is an amazing resource.  Its like having a nutrition coach in your pocket!  This is a must for teen athletes!
