Then you can’t even cancel. Customer service does not respond after weeks of attempts. Customer support never replies to me. ### 1/5 — B25 Drama set up to thieve your money *2026-07-01* I watched and paid for an episode via fb, lucky for me I took a screenshot of my UID (membership number) because if you opened up in any other way it’ll give you a new one and not connect to the vip subscription - if you can’t connect back go to the platform where you watched and go to your history link. I had no app, no way of controlling my account, no Apple subscription to control, no options in the website link (they toy with you with icons dancing across the screen with all the options you should have (like controlling your account) but can’t press on any of the icons - does nothing). I got to search their terms and conditions on web which outlines their right to take your money with no clause on how to cancel. There’s an email address there support25reel . I emailed them all my details including the UID. Days later I got a response which clearly they did not read my email and asked for the details (UID) again, meanwhile more weekly money was taken out of my credit card. My emails to them went unanswered for days. Finally they responded with (not addressing any of my concerns written in the email), saying it’s cancelled. More emails from me went unanswered for days n days more than 5 days later I get an email saying no refunds. Basically tough luck. They did not address how unfair the situation is to the consumer to have no control of their subscription and I asked to cancel before the next weekly amount was due - deliberate to debit my account again. The only way to stop them is to cancel your credit card - do not wait!
